Can we meet before the shoot?

I'd LOVE to meet you before hand. I actually prefer that. It helps me get to know your personality, and let me know what you expect from our time together.

For those who book me for weddings and Wedding Packages, there is a "mandatory" pre-consultation. We get together and hash out the details, dates, and what sort of shots you want. I have a list that we will go through together so that we can add to, or take away from. The wedding day is hectic enough, and we want to take care of as much as possible beforehand!

Why should I pick you as my photographer?

Why should you? Why shouldn't you!? Photography is my passion. I love EVERYTHING about it, and I think that it shows in my pictures. I care about my clients (both current and potential). I want you to look your best, and I want your personality to show in each of your pictures. I will do whatever it takes to get "the shot" and I'm not satisfied until you are. I always do my very best, and I pull out all the stops to get there. I'm constantly learning,improving, and trying new things. I'm not satisfied with being mediocre, or good. I want to be the BEST and I hope that it shows! I love working with people, and I always have lots of fun and laughs with my clients during their shoots. I love to get goofy and crazy, and am willing to make myself look like a total fool in order to get a good shot. Seriously! I've stood on the cab of a total strangers truck, laid down in the middle of the road in a slacks and heels. I've sat and kneeled in the dirt and mud. I've stood in the ocean. I've barked like a dog, squaked like a chicken, made crazy faces and it's ALL been worth it! I love what I do. I'm proud of my work and I hope you do too!

What should I wear?

That depends on you and your personality. If it's something that you normally would never wear, then don't bring it to your session. We want "YOU" to come out in your photos. Wear something that is geared toward your typical style. Funky patterns and bright colors are great, especially on kids! For babies, I love to see as much skin as possible... but the previous sentence also works. We can do as many wardrobe changes as you can fit into the session. It's up to you. Please do not wear logos or cartoon characters! They can be extremely distracting and we want people to pay attention to your face.

For the typical family shoots, try to do something different. Everyone does the all white shirts, or all black shirts. Mix it up! Have some fun. We want your pictures to stand out!

Can I purchase more than one High Resolution CD?

Of course. But, you will pay the price ;) HAHAHA monetarily speaking of course!

How & when do I get my pictures?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for post processing. I will contact you to let you know when they are ready and you will be responsible for picking them up. If you would like them to be mailed to you, then there will be an added shipping charge of $10.00. Weddings do take a little longer than "regular" sessions. Please expect 3-4 weeks for post processing of weddings and wedding packages.

What does the package include?

What does my cost include?
-a minimum of 24 post processed images on CD
-a signed copyright release form
-one hour of quality shooting time with yours truly (me ;)

Post processing includes color and lighting correction. This can take anywhere from one to two weeks. It does not include any retouching (acne removal, teeth whitening etc.) If you decide you want retouching done after you've already recieved your CD of images, please contact me, and I will get to work on a new CD for you. No problem. However, there will be another charge of $3 for a new CD (plus editing and shipping costs). If you know you want retouching done ahead of time, please let me know and I can do this to all of your photos before I give you your CD.

When do I pay you?

For sessions under $100, payment is due on the day of your shoot.

For sessions costing $100 or more, 50% is due atleast 1 week before your shoot, and the remaining cost is due on the day of your session/event.

To reserve a specific day in advance (weddings, family reunions etc.) there is a $30 dollar deposit required. This will be counted toward your total, and will not be refunded upon a cancellation.

Keep in mind: you will not recieve your pictures until you have paid in full.
